Elementary – (Grades 4k-6)

Students will be met outside the building. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Return Chromebooks, WIFI Hot Spots, Library Books, any other school-owned books or materials.

Kindergarten and 6th Grade Graduation Pics will be taken as well.
Jr. & Sr. High (Grades 7-12)
- Tuesday, May 19 – 8:00 am – 2:00 pm (This day is reserved for the class of 2020 only)
- Tuesday, May 26 – 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Wednesday, May 27 – 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm (This is reserved for jr. and sr. high school students that have siblings in the elementary. The elementary students have their pick up at this time)
- Thursday, May 28 – 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Important Details:

Students should plan to turn in their Chromebooks, chargers, textbooks, library books and any other school materials.

If the tech department issued you a hot spot, please bring that back as well.

Students will clean out both their school and gym lockers (make sure to bring a bag for your items).

Follow the social distancing guidelines, only 10 students will be allowed in the school at one time.

Parents will not be allowed to enter with their children unless arranged beforehand.

Jr. High students should enter the school through the doors closest to Mrs. Bowerman and Mrs. Beighley’s classrooms.

Parents can drive through the gate and park by the football field/track.

- Sr. High students should enter the doors by Mr. Kleinhans’ and Mr. Juresh’s classroom

Students entering the building will be met by a staff member & checked -in/checked-out.

Once we reach capacity in the building, we will ask students to wait 6 feet apart outside of the school.

We strongly encourage students to wear a mask when coming into the building but we won’t require it.

We are also happy to pack your child’s belongings and meet you at the door if you would prefer. (please call ahead if you would like this to happen)
