The February 25th meeting of the Whitehall Board of Education was held at Whitehall Memorial Elementary Balcony George Everson called the meeting to order at 6:31. Roll was called, and a quorum established.
Other Board members present: Jason Molis, Byron Fields, Dokkestul, Kristen Carroll and Dan Koxlien. Absent: Leah A.W. Johnson
Others present: District Manager, Megan Densmore; High School Principal, Jamie Youngbauer; Middle School Principal, Beth Lisowski; Elementary Principal, Damon Lisowski. Superintendent/9-12 Principal; Mike Beighley. Abby Sacia – Whitehall Times, and Craig Semingson – Cesa 10.
Molis moved to approve vouchers as presented. Fields seconded. Aye – All members. Motion carried.
Dan Koxlien motioned to approve the minutes from January 28th regular meeting, executive meeting, the February 4th 2019 meeting, as well as the employment of Vicki Hagberg.

Craig Semingson from CESA 10 gave an update of the safety assessment for both the elementary and the high/middle school. Craig also presented the updated safety plan for the Whitehall School District.
Mike Beighley and Beth Lisowski gave an update on the TVC 2.0 PLC plans for the 2019-2020 school year.
Mike Beighley gave an update on the Chris Kroeze concerts at the Whitehall School District for the coming weekend and what plans are being put into place.
Mike Beighley gave an update on the business education program staffing.
Dan Koxlien motioned to approve the updated school calendar for the 2018-2019 make up days.

A unanimous approval of the meeting schedule for the April Operation Cost Referendum was passed.
