The January 16th meeting of the Whitehall Board of Education was held at Whitehall Memorial Conference Room, George Everson called the meeting to order at 5:35 pm. Roll was called, and a quorum established.
Other Board members present: Jason Molis, Byron Fields, Kristen Carroll, Dokkestul and Absent: Leah A.W. Johnson and Dan Koxlien
Others present: District Manager, Megan Densmore; Finance Manager, Cheryl Maug
Jason Molis moved to approve the Resolution Authorizing the School District Budget to Exceed Revenue Limit for Four Years for Non-Recurring Purposes,
Fields seconded. Aye – All members. Motion carried.
Julie Dokkestul moved to Approve the Resolution Providing for a Referendum Election on the Question of the Approval of a Resolution Authorizing the School District Budget to Exceed Revenue Limit for Four Years for Non-Recurring Purposes.
Fields motioned to Approve resignation of Kaylyn Kensmoe – Marketing and Business Education Teacher.
Molis seconded. Aye – All members. Motion carried.
