“NORSE Honey was first envisioned back in the spring of 2017, as an educational ecological entrepreneurship for Whitehall high school students. The FLOW frame system of bee hives were selected as a less invasive alternative in monitoring and harvesting honey. Bees occupy an important ecological niche as a mechanism for plant reproduction. Many statistics show that bee populations are in trouble, not just locally but globally. Norse Honey is attempting to create an interest in our younger generation and our community to truly value this process. NORSE Honey, how sweet it is!”
