Congratulations to Whitehall Chamber Choir member, Carlos Velasquez! Carlos was nominated and selected as an Exemplary Soloist at the WSMA State Music Festival held at UW – Eau Claire, Saturday, May 6. This year, 853 students from 10 different Wisconsin University State Festivals were nominated. Carlos is one of the final 383 soloists selected from across our state to receive this award from the Wisconsin State Music Association for his outstanding performance of Già il sole dal Gange by Alessandro Scarlatti.
