On Thursday Oct. 22nd, The Whitehall Elementary gathered to celebrate the school district’s A Year of Kindness. The story, One was brilliantly retold by Maddy Frank, Savannah Pischke, Nylah Lisowski, Kelly Herness, Andrea Sosalla, Brenna Clatt, Alexa Koxlien, McKenna Pientok and Sydney Matheny. Then the students found out that our district was named the recipient of the October Schools Rule award! Matt, the Gordy’s Guru and Nikki, WEAU news anchor explained that the district will receive a monetary award of $3000.00 to fund this kindness initiative! Many thanks to Gordy’s Markets, WEAU, and General Mills for helping our district spread kindness!
